Can I use the chatbox straight after register?
Yes, of course! Epochbox's default settings is good enough to be used once you finished the registration.
Just go to "Control Panel" > "Get HTML Codes" straight after you register and logged in.

How do I delete/manage my chat messages directly at my chatbox?
First of all, you must be logged in. At your chatbox, press "Extra" > "Login" and login using the same login info at epochbox.net Once you are logged-in , you can delete chat message by clicking on the cross beside the chat message.

Why and how do I export or import my current settings?
By exporting your settings, you are saving a copy of your settings in your local computer.
If you did a wrong edit, you can still recover them back by importing it.
To export or import settings, go to "Control Panel" > "Export/Import"
Note that the settings exported does not include chat messages.

How do I download all my chat messages?
Your chat messages might be valuable to you, therefore epochbox stored them for you no matter what amount of messages you have.
Only a maximum of 200 chats will be loaded in your chatbox but you can still view the rest at your "Chat History".
You can prune chat messages after downloding them to help saving epochbox's space.
To download chat messages, go to "Control Panel" > "Chat History" and look under "Download Chats"
Note that the chat messages are not recoverable / importable after you delete them.

How to reset my settings to original settings?
You can reset settings at "Control Panel" > "Master Reset"
Resetted settings are default settings eg: settings that you have when you just register
Carefully choose the categories to be reset as the action cannot be undo.
